6D.Varsity provides educational, training, counselling, mentoring, and learning facilitation services through online, blended, and cohort-based formats. These services include intellectual content, experiential learning, and digital resources.

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • Sharing login credentials or learning materials with others is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Fees & Payments

  • All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments must be made through authorised payment gateways available on the website.

  • 6D.Varsity is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or gateway-related issues beyond its control.

 

5. Refunds & Cancellations

All refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policypublished on the 6D.Varsity website.

By enrolling in any program or purchasing any product, you expressly agree to the terms of that policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course content, materials, videos, documents, frameworks, methodologies, and assessments are the exclusive intellectual property of 6D.Varsity or its licensors.

  • Reproduction, distribution, recording, resale, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Code of Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Disrupt sessions or learning environments

  • Harass faculty, facilitators, or other learners

  • Misuse platforms, recordings, or communication channels

  • Violate academic integrity or ethical learning norms

6D.Varsity reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for violations of this section.

 

8. Program Changes & Cancellations

  • 6D.Varsity reserves the right to modify program schedules, faculty, content structure, or delivery format.

  • In the event a program is cancelled by 6D.Varsity, eligible learners will be offered a refund or alternative arrangement as per the Refund Policy.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • 6D.Varsity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

  • We do not guarantee specific academic, professional, or career outcomes.

  • Learners are solely responsible for how they apply the knowledge gained.

 

10. Disclaimer

  • Educational content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • 6D.Varsity does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

  • Any reliance on information provided through our services is at the learner’s own risk.

 

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Suspension & Termination

6D.Varsity may suspend or terminate access without notice if:
