Cancellation, Drop & Refund Policy
At 6D Varsity, we aim to provide a smooth learning experience to all our participants. We understand that sometimes plans change, and hence we follow the below policy for cancellations, drops, and refunds:

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellations will be considered only if requested at least 7 days prior to the start date of the workshop/program.

No cancellation requests will be entertained once the workshop/program has commenced.

Drop/Withdrawal

Participants who wish to drop/withdraw after the program has started will not be eligible for a refund.

However, in certain cases (such as medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances), requests may be reviewed at the discretion of 6D Varsity management.

Refunds

If a program/workshop is cancelled by 6D Varsity due to unforeseen reasons, participants will receive a 100% refund of the fees paid.

Refund requests (if eligible) will be processed within 10–15 working days.

All refunds will be made to the original payment source only.

Transfers
-
Instead of a refund, participants may request to transfer their registration to another upcoming batch/program (subject to availability and management approval).
​
General Terms
-
Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or participants who leave a program midway.

6D Varsity reserves the right to make final decisions on all cancellation and refund requests.
