A focused Industry–Academia Bridging Event was conducted at the ALPLA Group plant in Pashamylaram, Hyderabad, bringing together representatives from industry, academia, and government to discuss collaboration opportunities across education and employment.

The initiative was conducted in collaboration with the Government of Telangana and the Confederation of Indian Industry.

The session centered on strengthening engagement with Polytechnic and Degree institutions (B.Sc, B.Com, BA and others), with discussions covering internships, recruitment pathways, curriculum inputs, and structured collaboration models to support student career progression.

The interaction provided a platform for stakeholders to exchange perspectives on aligning academic outcomes with industry expectations, with a focus on practical exposure and employability.
