Ms. Usha Sripathineni, CII HR & IR Taskforce & Co-Founder, 6D.Varsity & 6D.Works, participated in the CII Telangana Exclusive CHRO Roundtable held at the CII Green Business Centre, Hyderabad. The roundtable brought together HR leaders to discuss the future of Human Capital Management, with a special address on “Agentic AI in HCM” and the launch proposal for the CII Telangana CHRO Forum.

The proposed forum aims to create an exclusive platform for HR leaders to exchange best practices, influence policy discussions, strengthen competency development, promote research collaborations with academia, and address emerging themes such as AI, emotional intelligence, allyship, and multigenerational workplaces.

During the earlier CII Telangana HR & IR Taskforce brainstorming session, 6D.Works contributed recommendations that were incorporated into the proposed focus areas of the CHRO Forum, reaffirming its commitment to shaping future-ready workplaces and human capital strategies.
