Discover the guidelines that shape our vibrant and inclusive learning community at 6D.Varsity Code of Conduct 6D Varsity is committed to the task of cultivating a thriving and experiential learning community. Students in our program are required to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects this mission's spirit. Students are also required to adhere to each of the rules and regulations laid down by 6D Varsity. Failure to follow is sufficient cause for removal from the program, as well as forfeiture of fees paid. Unacceptable student behavior includes, but is not limited to: Unwillingness to comply with the guidelines or policies of 6D Varsity as set out in print and online media Unwillingness to cooperate with the mentor's parameters for the program requirements as set out in the syllabus, course description, or explained in the classroom Disturbance in teaching, learning, or even the sharing of ideas in the sessions Undesirable conduct or Breach of peace Dishonesty or misappropriation, either in the program sessions or in interactions with mentors, peers, and admin personnel; Physical abuse; harassment, intimidation, aggressive actions towards mentors, peers, or admin personnel Unapproved presence at programs or paid events without proper registration and exploitation of 6D Varsity resources Sexual misconduct of all forms 6D Varsity reserves the right, at its discretion, to withhold registration from, or require withdrawal from the program of any student or applicant.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy | 6D Varsity

    At 6D.Varsity, we value your satisfaction and understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds, ensuring transparency and fairness for all our valued students. Cancellation, Drop & Refund Policy At 6D Varsity, we aim to provide a smooth learning experience to all our participants. We understand that sometimes plans change, and hence we follow the below policy for cancellations, drops, and refunds: Cancellation of Registration Cancellations will be considered only if requested at least 7 days prior to the start date of the workshop/program. No cancellation requests will be entertained once the workshop/program has commenced. Drop/Withdrawal Participants who wish to drop/withdraw after the program has started will not be eligible for a refund. However, in certain cases (such as medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances), requests may be reviewed at the discretion of 6D Varsity management. Refunds If a program/workshop is cancelled by 6D Varsity due to unforeseen reasons, participants will receive a 100% refund of the fees paid. Refund requests (if eligible) will be processed within 10–15 working days. All refunds will be made to the original payment source only. Transfers Instead of a refund, participants may request to transfer their registration to another upcoming batch/program (subject to availability and management approval). General Terms Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or participants who leave a program midway. 6D Varsity reserves the right to make final decisions on all cancellation and refund requests. Once paid, fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation, Drop & Refund Policy. Limitation of Liability We strive to ensure high-quality learning experiences but make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or career advancements. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Participation in workshops/programs is at your own discretion and responsibility. Third-Party Services & Links Our website or programs may reference third-party tools, platforms, or websites (e.g., payment gateways, Zoom, or other platforms). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, and peers. Any misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund. Changes to Terms We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
